Stress-free moms
Stress-Free Moms is a therapy program for mothers suffering from the everyday stresses resulting from the special needs of their children. This program works on emotions, feelings, needs, communication, and recognition of the substantial need to change habits without succumbing to stress.
Changes can be stressful, and how we accept those changes can shape a person’s life. Growing alongside our children in a world free from stress improves our quality of life, which in turn optimizes our health and that of our little ones.
Having developed this therapy program over 3+ years and having seen it produce some excellent results, I have now decided to offer it in a group format, enabling us to share our experiences and support each other as a community, and at an affordable price.
– Lengh of the program: 5 weeks, 1 weekly session.
– Group of up to 10 Moms
– First Session:
- Evaluation and treatment
- Lengh: 1 hour approx
- Modality – private.
– 2nd, 3rd, 4th sessions:
- Treatment.
- 1 hour approx
- Modality Group
– Two follow-up phone calls :
- 10-15 minutes approximately
- Modality Private
– Sumary Session :
- Approximately 1 hour
- Modality Group
Modality grupal Moms, are required to complete a brief clinical history.
Stress release (for everyone)
Based on the “stress-free moms” program, in the process of these last five years, it has transmuted, adapting to Stress release, which makes it easier for people experiencing high levels of stress, anxiety, depression, to find peace and optimize their lives. It is recommended for family groups, work groups with communication and interaction difficulties.
